Our handmade Australian Christmas Cake is a celebration of Australian native ingredients and festive tradition. Our cakes are slow bakes and soaked in Australian brandy for 3 weeks and are bursting with the vibrant taste of riberries, muntries, finger lime, cinnamon myrtle and macadamia nuts.

Each bite is rich, fruity, and warmly spiced - a true taste of an Aussie Christmas.

Cake size: 700g, Serves: 8–10 dessert portions

Dispatch & Collection:
All orders will be sent via Express Post Australia-wide between Monday 8th-15th December, or available for local collection and delivery in Apollo Bay between Tuesday 9th and Tuesday 23rd December.

If you wish to have your order posted, please select ‘Ship’ under the Delivery option at checkout, and then choose ‘Express’ in the Shipping Method section to ensure your order is sent via Express Post.

Muntries, riberry, macadamia nut, raisin, sultana, apricot, finger lime, apple, lemon rind (fresh), orange rind (fresh), cinnamon myrtle, anise myrtle, lemon myrtle, ground wattleseed, Campari, Davidson Plum, unsalted butter, brown sugar, golden syrup, salt, vanilla extract, free-range egg, plain flour, baking powder, Australian brandy.

All native ingredients have been purchased from Warndu and Bakarindi Bushfoods, Aboriginal owned and run businesses that specialise in native ingredients and work in partnership with Indigenous communities, harvesters and growers across Australia, purchasing directly from the makers and growers.
